The Process

We like to keep things simple and straightforward

We want the process for designing, ordering and installing your cabinets to be hassle free and convenient. In general the process will work like this:

1. Contact us – by telephone, email, or come by our showroom in the heart of Ohio Amish country.
2. Outline for us, in general, the size and scope of your project and your general requirements. It is helpful if you provide the overall dimensions of the area in which you want cabinets installed. 
3. We will ask you some general questions about your requirements.
4. We will provide you with an estimated price range and delivery time.
5. If the price range and delivery time estimates are acceptable, we will visit your site, take precise measurements and show you, with samples and/or catalogs, all the options from which you can choose.
6. We will design the project, show you the plan, and prepare a list of specifications for your review.
7. We will make any desired modifications to the plan, and provide a firm price and delivery date.   
8. When the plan is acceptable, we will ask you to sign a purchase agreement, and we will get started on your project.

Because each project is unique, and we will be purchasing materials specifically for your project, we request a 25% deposit with the order.
